Ready Set was proud to take part in Try-a-Trade Day, an inspiring initiative led by the MMVLLEN, Workforce Australia Local Jobs Western Melbourne and Western Bulldogs Community Foundation. This hands-on event gave students and young people from Melbourne’s west the chance to explore trades and vocational pathways in a supportive, engaging environment. Throughout the day, Kim, one of Ready Set’s career coaches, connected with a number of young jobseekers seeking guidance as they take their next steps toward employment. Our team of coaches work closely with jobseekers to strengthen resumes, build interview confidence, and provide the tools needed to succeed—part of our ongoing commitment to breaking down barriers to employment.
