After four years at the helm, Cynthia Kralik GAICD has made the decision to retire and step down as CEO of Ready Set - and what a four years it has been. Cynthia joined us in July 2022, stepping into the role as the world was still finding its footing post-COVID. Under her leadership, Ready Set emerged stronger - our services deepened, our partnerships grew, and our commitment to empowering job seekers through Clothing, Coaching and Connections remained unwavering at the centre of everything we did. Her care for the people we serve, her steadiness under pressure, and her genuine belief in what Ready Set stands for have left a real mark on her team, the volunteers, the wider organisation - and on the communities we are privileged to work alongside. We are deeply grateful, Cynthia. Wishing you every joy in the chapter ahead. The Board has commenced the search for Ready Set's next CEO, with continuity, stability and our ongoing impact for job seekers and communities firmly at the forefront.
