React was founded in 1991 and operates through 15 offices worldwide, with over 290 employees. React’s services include both online and offline enforcement of IP rights, as well as investigations and legal services. 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 * Preferably a university Master's student in law, with a focus on IP; * End‑of‑Bachelor students can also be considered if they have relevant IP knowledge; * Dutch is a plus, but not required, as the working language is primarily English; * Someone available for a part-time internship for preferably 6 months. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨 As a legal intern, you will support React Legal and work with 27 in-house React lawyers across 15 offices worldwide, including: * Assisting in legal procedures conducted by React in its own name against (online) intermediaries and infringers; * Contributing to online and offline enforcement activities; * Preparing legal correspondence, such as summons letters; * Supporting domain name cases (UDRPs); * Helping with administrative legal work, such as customs applications and powers of attorney; * Advising React members on questions related to IP protection and enforcement.
