𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞-𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐲𝐞 React was honored to participate in the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Training Program held in Istanbul on June 24, 2026, and organized by the General Directorate of Customs. This landmark event marked the first customs training program in Türkiye dedicated exclusively to the automotive sector—a significant step forward in strengthening border enforcement against counterfeit automotive products. The event brought together 60 regional customs officers and senior representatives from the Ankara General Directorate. React Türkiye participated alongside our trusted partner, MET + PARTNERS, representing six leading global automotive brands. The exclusive focus on the automotive industry aimed directly at increasing counterfeit seizures at borders. React led the initiative to provide field officers with specialized, actionable detection skills. A key focus of our presentations was the growing threat posed by counterfeit airbags. At our demonstration booth, participants had the opportunity to compare genuine and counterfeit components and learn rapid verification techniques that can support enforcement efforts at the border. We are proud to support customs authorities in their vital role of protecting consumers, safeguarding brand integrity, and removing dangerous counterfeit products from the automotive supply chain.
