🎥 The team from Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), Bavaria's public broadcaster, spent several days at the U5 mega-project in Munich, documenting the progress of a major infrastructure investment worth a total of €1.3 billion by the City of Munich. This is the result of their work. The documentary highlights the challenges of delivering a large-scale infrastructure project in the middle of a densely populated urban area. The U5 extension will add three new underground stations, creating a future connection between the western and eastern parts of Munich. More than 60,000 people are expected to benefit from this investment every day, with the first new station scheduled to open in 2031. RCBB is proud to contribute to the construction works alongside our project partners. On a project of this scale, carried out both above and below ground, every stage requires precision, coordination, and the highest safety standards. Acesta este rezultatul filmărilor. Materielul și-a propus să arate care sunt provocările unui proiect de infrastructură construit în mijlocul unui cartier locuit. Extinderea magistralei U5 va adăuga trei noi stații de metrou și va conecta, în viitor, vestul și estul orașului München. Peste 60.000 de oameni vor beneficia zilnic de această investiție, iar primele stații sunt programate să fie puse în funcțiune începând cu anul 2031.
