Communications Manager at St. George’s University
One of the things I love most about my job is the opportunity to meet and learn from extraordinary people. Following St. George's University’s Grenada Commencement Ceremony, I had the privilege of interviewing Chancellor Nicholas Brathwaite, this year’s commencement speaker. A Grenadian-born technology executive, entrepreneur, investor, and founding managing partner of Celesta Capital, Chancellor Brathwaite has spent decades helping shape some of the world’s leading technology companies. Most recently, he was appointed the 20th Chancellor of McMaster University, his alma mater. Our conversation touched on leadership, innovation, embracing change, and the importance of creating opportunities for future generations. It was inspiring to hear how his journey—from Grenada to Silicon Valley—has shaped his perspective on success and service. Moments like these remind me why I love storytelling and communications. Every interview is an opportunity to learn from people whose experiences can inspire others. Read the full article here: https://bit.ly/4opvAqE #SGU #GrenadaCommencement2026 #Storytelling
