Most people try so hard to avoid mistakes that they end up sounding tense and unnatural. The irony is that the fear of making a mistake often creates more mistakes. Here is something important to remember. It is okay to make mistakes. That is what makes you human, and audiences connect more with someone real than someone trying to be perfect. What matters is what you do after. Ask yourself what exactly went wrong. Did you rush your words? Did you lose your structure? Did you get distracted or overthink? Every strong speaker you admire has made mistakes on stage. The difference is that they learned from them instead of avoiding them. So I am curious. What is one mistake you have made while speaking, and what did it teach you? ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฆ๐ https://lnkd.in/gc2HwPVm if you want to work on this one-on-one #publicspeakingย #communicationskillsย #linkedinย #mindsetย #motivation LinkedIn LinkedIn News India LinkedIn News Follow Ravisha Agarwal for more
