I'm looking for my next role. Let me be specific about what that means. Title: C-level or equivalent. CEO, COO, Business Director, Managing Director. Geography: Estonia or Finland. Preferably both. Sector: Open. The sector question is intentional. I've led a cinema chain, an automotive parts business, a postal logistics division, and a consumer goods marketing function. Different industries. Different operating models. Different challenges. In each case, I was new to the sector. In each case, I delivered measurable results within the first year. EUR +2M EBITDA improvement at Örum Group. 21% personnel efficiency gain at Apollo Kino. Market share growth. Teams that performed better after the change than before it. The pattern isn't the industry. It's the ability to read an organisation quickly, understand where it's stuck, and build the structures that move it forward. And execute changes in a human-centric way, so that the organization/culture becomes stronger, even after significant changes.
