A training day. An urgent call. A life-or-death situation.   During a Clinical products workshop in Regensburg, our Sales Manager Holger Tertel received an unexpected request: A critically ill patient in another city needed neuromonitoring support – immediately.   He didn't hesitate. He packed the full equipment and drove. The patient: over 60 years old, severe brain hemorrhage, right-sided paralysis, in a coma.   Holger supported the implantation on-site, trained the clinical staff and made sure every part of the system worked exactly as it should.   Five days later, the patient woke up. The clinical team confirmed: Continuous ICP and ptiO₂ monitoring enabled more targeted treatment and a better assessment of cerebral autoregulation. The patient is making steady progress on the path to recovery.   Moments like this remind us why our work matters – where precision, speed and trust make all the difference. Holger’s actions that day speak for themselves.
