Last Thursday, members of the RATP Dev USA team spent the morning volunteering at Lowcountry Orphan Relief in North Charleston. As the operator of CARTA, we are proud to serve the Charleston community every day through public transportation. This was a meaningful opportunity to support the community in a different way by helping sort donated clothing for children in need. The work was rewarding, and the team jumped right in. Of course, in true RATP Dev USA fashion, it did not take long before we were joking about efficiency, teamwork, and whether we were meeting our “sorting KPIs.” So naturally, we created a just-for-fun Volunteer KPI Dashboard to capture the morning. All jokes aside, we are grateful for the important work Lowcountry Orphan Relief does to support children and families across the region. It was a privilege to contribute our time, work alongside one another, and give back to a community we are proud to serve.
