RANZCOG’s Workplace Behaviours and Safety Survey is now live – have you shared your opinion? Fellows, Associate members, SIMGs and Trainees (FRANZCOG, subspecialty, A/PTP) have been invited to share their workplace experiences from the last two years in a short, confidential survey. This work forms part of RANZCOG’s commitment to building healthy and safe O&G workplaces through its Fostering Respect Action Plan. Findings from this survey will help the College identify opportunities to improve training environments, support workforce sustainability, and promote wellbeing, health and safety across the O&G profession.
