Ltd signed a long-term binding offtake agreement for green ammonia. This is the first large-scale commercial green ammonia export agreement executed by an Indian producer, not just to Europe, but to any international buyer. This is not an MoU. This is firm commercial agreement. What was agreed • Buyer: Uniper Global Commodities SE • Seller: AM Green Ammonia India Pvt. Ltd • Product: RFNBO-compliant green ammonia • Quantity: Up to 500,000 tonnes per year • First deliveries: From 2028 onwards • Price: Not disclosed Where will it come from The supply will originate from Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. Today, the same location is being transformed into a 1 MMTPA green ammonia export facility. • Final Investment Decision: 2024 • Project status: Under construction • Expected commissioning: Second half of 2026 Green ammonia exports from India are no longer a concept.
