The Data-Backed Leap Leaving a stable finance career to build a fashion ecosystem in Dubai didn’t make sense on a spreadsheet. But my heart couldn't accept the legacy retail model—mass-producing clothes overseas, ignoring real body sizes, and letting unsold inventory pile up in landfills. While Najma Al Rawda works with trusted global partners, we anchored our heart right here in Dubai with our own tailoring unit, StitchCraft. I built StitchCraft because I wanted to look a woman in the eye and promise her clothes that actually honor her shape, with uncompromising size-inclusivity. By manufacturing locally in small batches, we design for real, diverse bodies and cut exactly what we need—ensuring zero waste and zero stock pile-ups. True innovation isn't about building software; it's about creating a business that respects human identity and our planet. Sometimes, you have to step away from a predictable spreadsheet to engineer the inclusive, conscious future you want to see. #SizeInclusivity #DubaiEntrepreneurs #ConsciousFashion #NajmaAlRawda #UAEHomeGrown
