Customer-Centric Growth & CRM Leader | Driving Retention, Loyalty, and Omnichannel Engagement | Expert in Martech Strategy, AI Enablement, and Lifecycle Optimization

As a woman who’s spent many years in retail, attending the Women in Retail Leadership Circle has been a long-standing dream of mine. Being part of a community of strong, creative, supportive, and empathetic leaders has always been a professional goal—and this year, I finally had the opportunity to attend. It surpassed every expectation. Hearing some of the most inspiring voices in our industry share stories of success and failure, health and hardship, fortune and adversity created a powerful foundation—one that encourages us all to lead, live, nurture, grow, and thrive. While the goal is always to support one another, we too often find ourselves operating in environments defined by competition and survival. This experience was a beautiful reminder of the power of community and the impact of true collaboration. I’ve always prided myself on being a team player, and this summit reignited my commitment to lifting others up. As Jennifer DiPasquale so perfectly said, there is magic when women align, empower each other, and move forward together. Here are just a few of the key takeaways that resonated deeply: 🌻 Infuse work with meaning—when you make a difference, consumers want to contribute. 🌻 There is no greater force than intrinsic motivation. The most important strategy? Deeply understanding the customer. 🌻 A team fills in the blind spots—each person sees what others cannot. 🌻 Don’t build tech to meet the trend; build tech that adapts to the pace of change. 🌻 Reframe failure as opportunity. 🌻 Confidence comes from experience, not compliments. To my incredible Women in Retail community—thank you. Not just for what you do, but for how and why you do it. I will treasure this experience for a lifetime and hope to see you all again next year.
