This weekend, I chose to invest my time in something that truly matters: the future of young generation. I’ve always felt that #IKEA truly values growth, both personal and professional, and cares about people. Not only about those who have been part of the company for many years, but also about the new generations who are just beginning their journey. That mindset inspires me and makes me want to be an inspiration for others too. That’s why, together with three of my colleagues from Inter IKEA, Ioana Bianca Volintiru Cosmin Anghel and Mihai Muntean, I chose to spend part of my weekend volunteering at the Career Hour organized by the Fundația LEADERS (an organization that helps high school students explore their passions and find their career direction). Through workshops and guidance sessions, the Leaders Foundation empowers young people to discover what truly drives them. Inter IKEA supports and funds the Leaders Foundation, and through this collaboration, encourages youth development and connection with the world of work.
