Germany needs nurses. India has nurses. The bridge between the two is German. To work in German hospitals, Indian nurses must demonstrate B2-level German proficiency. It's a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have. This is why the Triple Win Project, run by ZAV and GIZ, is training nursing candidates from Kerala and Telangana before they leave India. The results speak for themselves: • 900 Indian nurses placed in Germany in 2025 • 700 more expected this year A language course may not seem like a life-changing decision. But for many nurses, it can mean the difference between a local job and a global career. Language is not always a soft skill. Sometimes it's an economic opportunity hiding in plain sight. #NursingAbroad #GermanLanguage #Healthcare #LanguageLearning #Upskilling Qurocity
