We help podcasts become discoverable to the right audience and establish themselves as thought leaders in their niche within 6 months. If we don’t - we work for free until we do | Founder, Li Visuals
If I were Jessica Spendlove's Podcast Strategist, here's how I'd approach the next 6 months. (Also watch this if you're podcasting and your expertise isn't getting the reach it deserves.) Jessica has spent 15+ years helping corporate leaders, founders, elite athletes, and special forces operators perform at the highest level. She's an international speaker, an award-winning performance dietitian, a podcast host, and is releasing her first book with Wiley in August 2026. Yet I think there's a huge opportunity. Because most people who need Jessica's expertise will never discover her through word-of-mouth alone. They'll discover her through content. And right now, YouTube is massively underutilized. If I were leading growth for Stay at the Top, I'd focus on 4 things: 1. Consolidate her authority under one dominant YouTube presence. 2. Turn every podcast episode into 10+ assets for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. 3. Engineer every episode for retention and create intros that help viewers watch the entire episode. 4. Build omnipresence so high performers repeatedly see Jessica's insights wherever they spend time online. The goal isn't more content. The goal is becoming the first name people think of when they think about sustainable high performance. More visibility leads to: • More book sales • More keynote invitations • More coaching opportunities • More corporate partnerships • More authority at scale I genuinely believe Stay at the Top can become one of the most recognized high-performance podcasts in its niche within 6 months. In fact, if I took on the project and didn't help build meaningful authority and audience growth, I'd continue working for free until we did. So I put together a complete growth strategy showing exactly how I'd approach it. Enjoy the PDF below. (LinkedIn compresses document previews quite heavily, so I'd recommend downloading the PDF to view it in full quality.) Jessica Spendlove, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
