⚙️ Project Spotlight – LCO Tank Replacement ⚙️ Rally provided multi-discipline engineering services which focused on the replacement of an aging 25,000 barrel Light Cycle Oil (LCO) Tank with a new 50,000 barrel multi-service swing tank. The upgraded tank was designed to handle multiple products, LCO, gas oil or asphalt, doubled spill containment volume of the original tank, and provided fire-fighting coverage suitable for multiple products and simplifying operator access across multiple control systems.
