⚙️ Project Spotlight - Emergency Tailings Line Bypass ⚙️ When an in-service tailings line was identified as nearing failure, Rally was mobilized to deliver a complete bypass solution fast. Our team designed and supported construction of 300 metres of NPS 18 carbon steel bypass piping in under four weeks, with drawings issued for construction within two weeks of kickoff. Despite the compressed schedule, Rally maintained rigorous engineering standards, including HAZOP facilitation, 3D modeling, and stress analysis to ensure safe, operable, and constructible outcomes. From process definition and P&ID revisions to structural design, supporting material procurement and piping fabrication work, and regulatory registration, Rally provided end-to-end execution when it mattered most.
