Just War Theory was developed by Saint Augustine around the 4th and 5th centuries. The sheer jaw dropping arrogance of a pseudo Catholic to appear in public pontificating and lecturing the actual Pope on Catholic docrine on what constitutes just war is beyond laughable beyond parody..................except to American Catholic bishops who have slapped Vance down in public.
