I spoke to a close industry start-up employed friend recently and was shocked by how fed up they were in their job, despite being a high-performing, well-established, very knowledgeable senior contributor at a well-funded business. I'd have expected them to be happy with how things were going, but sadly they weren't. It prompted me to have these thoughts. Not sure who needs to read this (probably nobody) but that applies to most LinkedIn posts so here it is.
