Turning Player Experience into Long-Term Revenue | Retention Marketing | Digital Entertainment

I don’t have a design degree. For a long time I treated that as a gap to manage. Something to work around in interviews. A reason to over-prepare and over-deliver. At some point I stopped seeing it as a gap. Nobody taught me the “right” way to do UX. So I learned by doing, which meant I learned what actually worked. Nobody taught me the “right” way to approach CRO. So I learned from data, not theory. The self-taught path is slower at the start. But it builds a different kind of confidence. Not “I know this because someone told me.” But “I know this because I broke it, fixed it, and watched what happened.” If you built your skills outside of formal education, don’t stop. Keep building. What you build from real experience eventually becomes a foundation no one can take from you. #LessonsLearned #DesignThinking #GrowthMarketing #PersonalDevelopment
