What does it take to make coffee truly regenerative? ☕ It starts years before the coffee reaches your cup: in the shade of an agroforestry system in Honduras, in the soil of a farm in Brazil, in the hands of a farmer who has been trained, supported, and recognized for their work. We're proud to announce that Lavazza's La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Selection has just become the world's first professional coffee certified under the Rainforest Alliance Regenerative Agriculture Standard! 🌱 Since 2023, Lavazza has been supporting the adoption of regenerative agriculture practices in Brazil. This was followed by an early implementation program in Honduras, where more than 70 farms have now achieved certification under the Rainforest Alliance Regenerative Agriculture Standard through technical training, operational support, and guidance. This milestone shows how regenerative agriculture is already taking root—through direct investment on the ground, long-term partnership, and an industry ready to make the shift.
