The time has come ... ✨ After more than 30 years with Alstom, the time has come for me to close one chapter and begin a new one. Looking back, I see a journey full of exciting challenges, valuable learning moments, and inspiring people. In various leadership roles, I had the opportunity to experience how much can be achieved when people come together around a shared vision. My special thanks go to all my managers over the years – without mentioning names: you always gave me the freedom to pursue and implement new approaches. That trust was a tremendous driver of my personal and professional growth. Equally, I want to thank all of my global teams. Without your passion, commitment, and support, many things would not have been possible. It has been an honor and a pleasure to work with you!
