Railistics GmbH is pleased to support the Ministry of Transport and Public Works Malawi in the kick-off of an important initiative: the establishment of the Railways and Maritime Regulatory Authority (RAMRAM). Together with our partners at HPC Hamburg Port Consulting GmbH, Railistics GmbH is contributing to the development of a regulatory framework aimed at strengthening Malawi’s rail and maritime sectors. The project represents a significant step towards improving transport efficiency, reducing logistics costs, and enhancing regional and international trade connectivity. By fostering a more balanced modal split and strengthening institutional structures, RAMRAM will play a key role in shaping a more sustainable and competitive transport system in Malawi.
