A new CEO. Day two. No keynote. Just a conversation. On his second day as our CEO, Michael Höllerer joined colleagues from across the Group for a special edition of Meet the Board - an internal format designed to bring leadership closer to our people beyond titles, functions and org charts.  Rather than focusing on business results or strategic announcements, the conversation explored the experiences, values and perspectives that have shaped Michael Höllerer’s leadership approach. Topics ranged from dealing with setbacks and the responsibility that comes with leadership to the importance of self-reflection, direct communication and creating an environment where people feel valued. The discussion also looked ahead. Michael Höllerer shared his perspective on one of the defining challenges for organizations today: keeping pace with the speed of technological change and helping people adapt through continuous learning, reskilling and new ways of working. Employees also got to know the person behind the role - someone who values long-term partnerships and mutual loyalty, believes that trust is built through small gestures, and sees humour not as a distraction from leadership, but as an important part of it. As RBI enters a new chapter, the session set the tone for what lies ahead: open dialogue, mutual trust and a willingness to listen. 🤝🏻
