A good book does not end with the final page – it begins with the conversations it sparks ✨ This was clearly reflected at our book presentation where “Sustainable Business Administration – Management in Transformation” (Verlag Springer Gabler), edited by Prof. Dr. Rene Schmidpeter and Ingrid Kissling-Näf, took center stage. As an open-access publication, the book offers unrestricted access and brings together current perspectives on how sustainability is embedded across business disciplines and corporate functions. With contributions spanning circular economy, digitalisation, entrepreneurship, new work and corporate responsibility, it provides practical insights, concrete examples and thought-provoking questions for decision-makers, academics and students alike. More importantly, the evening underlined a key point: meaningful transformation happens when business and academia engage in dialogue. This was particularly evident in the panel discussion, which brought together perspectives from academia, policy and practice, and created space to translate theory into action – and to jointly shape responsible management approaches for the future. We would like to thank the editors René Schmidpeter and Ingrid Kissling-Näf, as well as all speakers and guests – Valerie Brunner, Tina Deutsch, Christian Dobler, Sebastian Kortmann, Dr. Martina Weissenbök, CEFA and Christine Würfel – for the engaging exchange. 🤝🏻 As a proud sponsor of the publication, we were delighted to support this platform for dialogue and the dissemination of knowledge on sustainable management and transformation. 🌱
