We’re pleased to welcome Aravind Kumarr as a new Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, effective 1 June 2025.   Aravind has extensive experience in corporate and commercial disputes, cross-border litigation, restructuring and insolvency, and international arbitration. He has acted as counsel in high value disputes before the Malaysian courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings at the ICC and SIAC.   He regularly advises on complex cross-border disputes involving foreign entities and has represented non-Malaysian clients in Malaysian proceedings.
