As the European Hematology Association Congress 2026 comes to a close, I am deeply grateful to share two important milestones in my research journey. ๐ Publication in HemaSphere (Impact Factor 14.6,Top 5 hematology journal indeced Globally.) ๐ Poster Presentation at EHA 2026 1. Using the TriNetX Global Collaborative Network comprising 171 healthcare organizations, our study evaluated more than 3,500 propensity-matched patients receiving two different frontline treatment sequencing strategies for CLL. The analysis demonstrated that overall survival, hospitalization, sepsis, atrial fibrillation, emergency department visits, pancytopenia, and advanced cellular therapy utilization were largely comparable between the two approaches. These findings suggest that treatment sequencing may be individualized according to patient characteristics, toxicity profiles, and clinical priorities without compromising long-term outcomes. The accumulated evidence supports improved remission rates and survival outcomes compared with conventional chemotherapy alone, reinforcing the transformative role of targeted therapies in modern AML management. For me, these achievements represent far more than publications and presentations. They reflect the power of collaboration, curiosity, mentorship, and evidence-based medicine to advance patient care. As a medical student and researcher from Nepal, contributing to work presented and published alongside leading international investigators reminds me that impactful science is not defined by geographyโit is defined by commitment, rigor, and a willingness to ask meaningful questions. I am sincerely grateful to my co-authors, mentors, collaborators, and the global hematology community for fostering an environment where young researchers can contribute to advancing knowledge and improving patient outcomes. The journey continues, and there is still much to learn, discover, and contribute.
