Performance Marketer (2+ years) Experience with high-scale ad accounts and a strong understanding of LTV and unit economics. You know the difference between burning budgets and building sustainable growth. 2. Key Account Manager (2+ years) Consultative, business-first, and comfortable owning client outcomes. You manage relationships like partnerships, not transactions. 3. Social Media Manager (1+ years) Creative and metrics-driven, with a solid grasp of platform mechanics. You create content people engage with and that drives real results. 4. Business Development Executive (0–2 years) Curious, analytical, and interested in building a career in growth consulting. You’re here to learn fast, think strategically, and close meaningful deals. We also collaborate with experienced freelancers on a project basis. International portfolios are a plus.
