Senior AI Engineering Manager | Scientist

As we know (source below), one of the key factors behind a team’s success is the atmosphere of collaboration. It might seem like just another factor among many, but that would be a misjudgment. -> First, it’s a factor that’s difficult to control, as you simply can’t force people to create an atmosphere of collaboration. -> Second, it’s hard to buy, because you might be able to buy cooperation, but not the atmosphere of cooperation. -> Third, it takes time, patience, and consistent effort in building the team. Why am I bringing up this particular factor today? Because I was looking for a good term that could best describe deepsense.ai, the team I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past year and a half, alongside top-class professionals, in exactly such an atmosphere of collaboration. I believe that thanks to this atmosphere, my understanding of applied AI has grown immensely. 🎉 And I’m happy to share that after a year and a half of working together, as of November, I’m supporting our team in a new role, Senior AI Engineering Manager 🎉. There are so many people I want to thank for their support, and I’d like to take a moment here to do just that. A few names deserve a special mention. First, the team that believed in me from the very beginning: Michal Tadeusiak Michal Iwanowski Dawid Nguyen Tomasz Kulakowski 🐳Renata Maszczykowska Second, Adam Górniak the person whose structured and systematic approach has guided the organization toward strong, steady growth, what gives us opportunities to work on super challenging problems in the field of AI. A big thanks also to Robert Bogucki, who opened the door for me to an incredibly exciting journey into the research on the potential of artificial intelligence. I’m also grateful to the amazing engineers who help me lead and bring our projects to life Kamil Czerski Patryk Miziuła Hubert Rutkowski Alan Konarski Szymon Janowski, also to our client partners and business developers Maciej Salamonik Tomasz Rytel David A.
