This is a picture I should have shared a few days ago. Looking at it fills me with pride—not because of what was accomplished, but because of how it happened. ➡️ A new team member and an experienced analyst joined forces to address a significant global audit finding in just a few weeks. ➡️ Inspired by that success, an intern—who has since become a full-time assistant—identified another opportunity and proposed an improvement that is now helping optimize our team's daily routines. What stands out to me is not only the outcome, but the chain reaction it created. When fresh perspectives meet experience, and when people feel empowered to challenge the status quo, great ideas inspire even greater ones. Moments like this remind me that innovation is rarely the result of a single person. It grows when collaboration, curiosity, and ownership come together.
