π A Day in the Life of a Product Manager β Turning Emails into Results Every day brings a new challenge, and that's exactly what makes my role exciting. Over the past few weeks, my workflow has revolved around transforming incoming requests into actionable outcomes: β Reviewing and responding to RFQs from universities, healthcare institutions, research centers, and industrial clients. β Coordinating with global suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing, special discounts, samples, and technical support. β Managing customer requirements by working closely with sales support, procurement, logistics, and service teams. β Escalating critical technical issues and following through until a satisfactory resolution is achieved. β Analyzing customer inquiries and converting them into tailored commercial and technical solutions. β Supporting negotiation processes, partial order discussions, and quotation revisions to maximize value for both customers and stakeholders. β Tracking purchase orders, delivery schedules, certifications, and compliance requirements to ensure smooth project execution. What I enjoy most is that behind every email is a real business need, a customer challenge, or an opportunity to build stronger partnerships.
