KRA does not ask if your shipment looks organized. ‣ It asks if the HS code matches what is declared. ‣ It asks if the invoice value matches what is on the manifest. ‣ It asks if the paperwork was ready before the vessel berthed at KPA. Miss one of those, and it does not matter how clean the container looks coming off the ship. The verification hold does not care about presentation. Truth is, preparation happens weeks before anyone sees the cargo. If your paperwork isn't answering those questions yet, that is worth fixing before the vessel arrives.
