Radiance Energy Strengthens Its Development Portfolio in France Radiance, a renewable energy platform wholly owned by Eurazeo, announces the acquisition from AMDA Énergies of a portfolio of approximately 105 MWp of solar and agrivoltaics (Agri-PV) projects currently under development. This acquisition aligns fully with Radiance’s growth strategy in France, reinforcing its development pipeline with projects at various stages of maturity. The portfolio has been developed over several years in close collaboration with farmers, municipalities, and local agricultural stakeholders. The transaction also supports the evolution of Radiance’s development model, centered on building a flexible, multi-energy renewable platform that integrates solar PV, Agri-PV, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). The AMDA portfolio provides a strong foundation for the long-term development of hybrid AgriPV-BESS assets, anchored in local territories and coupled with sustainable agricultural initiatives. Radiance extends its thanks to the AMDA Énergies team for the quality of their work and their collaboration throughout the transaction process, as well as to all teams involved in successfully bringing the acquisition to completion. This milestone marks a new step in Radiance’s expansion in France.
