Her mission is to improve outcomes for critically ill patients by connecting education, research, and care around acute skills, from individual clinical actions to teamwork under pressure. In emergency situations, healthcare professionals need to act quickly and work together effectively. Hogeveen focuses on three key questions: how do we prepare professionals well, how do we train teams together, and how do we make sure critical skills are maintained over time? โ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ต๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฏ๐ด ๐ค๐ข๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ต๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ต๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ,โ she says. With her background in neonatology, simulation training, medical education, and international guideline development, Hogeveen brings a broad perspective to emergency care for critically ill patients of all ages.
