Last week, Racyics hosted an event on-site with the students from the #Deutschlandstipendium at our Dresden office. After meeting them in person earlier this year, we were excited to see them again, this time in our company, and give them a closer look into our company and the world of IC design. The visit started with a guided tour through our office, where the students explored the different stages of IC design flow, met our experts, and learned more about the semiconductor industry. They also had the opportunity to engage in technical discussions and follow the process design all the way to the testing of finished chips in our lab, where they got a sneak peek into our work environment and technologies. Our students also joined the lunch session, giving them the chance to exchange experiences, gain a deeper impression of the exciting world of chip development, and discover more about career opportunities at Racyics. A big thank you to everyone involved. We truly enjoyed connecting with the students and appreciated the curiosity and thoughtful questions they brought to the day.
