Hard to believe that DisruptHR Baltimore was a month ago already. I was a 1st time attendee. I was a 1st time speaker. Definitely won't be my last. Networked with smart People & Culture leaders. Met someone that I'm hopeful will become a client of PLATTinum Consulting. Feel like I became part of a community (and the city of Baltimore has a reputation for being hard to break into if you aren't from there, IYKYK). I want to meet more leaders that are looking to expand beyond the day-to-day and compliance aspects of HR. Where else do Chief People Officers and Talent Leaders hang out these days?
