When Apollo's Linkedin page was down, Talent Acquisition also had to shift. - We had to get scrappier and more intentional about owning our narrative in a way that builds trust rather than relying on any single channel to carry and curate it for us. - We rethought sourcing from the ground up, which accelerated our move to a more AI native talent function earlier than expected. AI takes manual work off our plates and gives us time back to focus on what turns out to be our secret sauce: recruiters and employees, as individual advocates, who tell the Apollo story in their own authentic voice.
