I just returned from a full week at Transform, reconnecting with longtime colleagues and building new connections as we explore new ways of working in an AI-enabled world. I was struck (and a bit surprised…it’s an HR conference after all!) by how many people wanted to talk about Apollo’s acquisition of Pocus. “What a fantastic brand.” “What a talented team.” I heard this multiple times, and I couldn’t agree more. Excited to see what Apollo and the Pocus team will build together.
