It was brilliant getting everyone together at the IFF Talent - Ingham Frankland Fide Talent summer BBQ this weekend. ☀️ Building the business over the last couple of years has been a total rollercoaster, a bit like having kids, no-one can prepare you for it but you learn on the job, be comfortable in the uncomfortable and sometimes just wing it! That’s half the fun and doing it with great people makes it magic. ✨. Saturday was all about switching off the laptops, having a few drinks in the sunshine, and soaking the kids during a waterfight! 🤣 Behind every one of us is a whole crew of partners, children, friends, and family who quietly keep us going so bringing everyone together to celebrate was great. ❤️ A special mention to Jav, who accepted the losing ice‑bucket challenge very gracefully having been beaten by Hannah Nichol Jackson in the games battle play offs! I think Joe and Matt were happier than the kids at this!! Also a big shoutout to Ross at FQF Events, who kept us all very well fed, an absolute hero of the BBQ 🍔🔥.
