Over the past three days at Automotive Interiors Expo, we had the opportunity to share a live exploration of craftsmanship, material innovation and technology within the KHALIL Trend Zone. A highlight of the installation was watching textile artist Elke Weisbarth transform Econyl's bespoke yarns into a hand tufted surface in real time—demonstrating how creative expression can inspire automotive interiors and can be executed at scale via our CNC tufting capabilities. For Racemark, Signature Surfaces was about more than showcasing products. It was about illustrating the journey from artistic vision to production-ready automotive solutions, where craftsmanship and advanced tufting technologies work together to create distinctive interior experiences.
