“The people who were happiest ,who stayed healthiest as they grew old, and who lived the longest were the people who had the warmest connections with other people.”-Robert Waldinger

Torben Eriksen You wanted me to grow up, you have high expectations, that's no problem. But, you should wait me at least complected one whole project. After I leaved the Conti, I have participated another multiple projects as a PMO, I can meet all requirements you had expected to me. I know how to distinguish the priority of the multiple tasks, how to identify a task as being important, how to assign the tasks to relevant stakeholders, I know how to motive team members as a leader, I can use oral English to hold the meetings, although actually I am an inverted girl, I don't like to speak too much. But so what? I indeed grow fast and become more and more stronger, however I can't find a long term job now! There only have short term projects in current Chinese market. Many many headhunters challenged me so jumping, how I should do?They think you must can't qualified your old job, but it's not my problem. As an expert, I'm absolutely be qualified. Now, you let me go where place?I never wanted leave Continental, I love this company, I don't want to join any other companies. Even other companies would like to hire me, how I negotiate with them because of my low salary and jumping backgroud? I got the salary at expert lever but actually I did the work of next high level (PM level) I also had tried to back to Plant Controller role, but they all think I'm over qualified and refused me,.Nevertheless, they can provide reasonable salary. I will never do PM or PMO again! Low salary, short term projects, freelancer, high demands, tight deadlines. I only wanted a stable position and reasonable salary to bring up myself and to pay my loan now. I have no place to going, because of the 「Tariffs War」between China and America. Many many big MNCs all have leaved the China, where place I can go? Many Chinese companies they don't use SAP and they are so bad! I don't hate you, but I still can't stop to blame you sometimes. 😭 #Tier1Company #AutomotiveIndustry
