A convention, a world record, and a memorable week in Hong Kong and Macao! From 23–29 March, our annual convention brought together our leadership teams from across the group for a week of collaboration, sharing ideas and strategizing for the year ahead. From a harbour cruise in Hong Kong to supplier tastings and time spent visiting and dining with customers, it was a good reminder of how valuable it is to step out of the day-to-day, spend time together in person, and see what is happening on the ground. A major highlight was the hosting of the World’s Largest Charcuterie Buffet at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong; a milestone moment that brought together planning, teamwork, supplier collaboration, and execution on a very special scale. Seeing the event come to life, with a final verified record of 564 kg, was a proud achievement and a memorable way to showcase the energy and ambition behind our group. A big thank you to Repertoire Culinaire Hong Kong and Repertoire Culinaire Macau for all the planning, coordination, and hospitality that went into making the week such a success.
