While the World Cup ⚽ had us cheering for different teams, our company retreat reminded us what we're all cheering for every day: each other.  Over three days, colleagues from across Europe came together to swap screens for sunsets, Slack messages for real conversations, and friendly football rivalries for shared experiences. The competitive spirit didn't stay on the football pitch for long. Teams battled it out in our beach Olympics 🥇, some took on the waves 🏄, while others explored the coastline by e-bike 🚴, and an island adventure brought everyone together both on land and at sea ⛵. The mornings started with yoga 🧘 , the evenings ended with BBQs and karaoke 🎤, and somewhere in between we created the kind of memories that are hard to capture in a single post. Different countries. Different cultures. One team.
