It is for this reason we’re thrilled to announce that Quest Bairnsdale has become the third business in our network to achieve the highest level of accreditation - Tier Three - with Accessible Accommodation (The Accessible Group).   Opened last year, Quest Bairnsdale is fully equipped to host guests who require high-level assistance, including those who need a support person or specialised equipment to transfer. The Quest design team worked with Kerry Williams from Accessible Accommodation to create an effortless guest experience, with thoughtful touches throughout the property. These include a hi-lo bed, mobile hoist, commode, lowered kitchen benches, emergency pull cord/duress button, fixed counter hearing loop system and both free-standing and wall-mounted shower chairs.   Our partnership with Accessible Accommodation has been running for several years, with over 86 Quests accredited for their level of accessibility ensuring travellers with diverse accessibility needs can confidently plan their getaways. It is about far more than just meeting standards or checking boxes, and we understand that every guest's journey is unique, and that this collaboration allows us to express our deep and ongoing commitment to making every guest’s stay effortless.
