India’s next wave of growth will be driven by the emergence of new talent destinations. States that invest in digital infrastructure, progressive policies, and human capital will define the future of the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. It was a privilege to welcome 𝐀𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐲 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡, Secretary, Department of Information Technology, Government of Bihar, and 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫, Special Secretary, Department of Information Technology, at our headquarters, Quess Tower, Bengaluru, for an engaging discussion on Bihar’s vision to become a leading destination for Global Capability Centers. The roundtable brought together an accomplished group of GCC leaders—Shaji Namath, Ravindra Varna, Prabhakar Vijayaprakash, Shweta Singh, 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐀., and Ravi Kumar—who shared valuable perspectives on the evolving GCC landscape, the future of enterprise capability hubs, and the immense opportunity that Bihar presents as a high-potential talent destination. Representing Quess Corp Limited were Lohit Bhatia, Executive Director & Group CEO; Neeraj Jain, CFO; Kapil Joshi, Quess IT Staffing; and Arun Bhatia, Vice President, reflecting our collective commitment to creating meaningful impact through public-private collaboration. At Quess, we believe the future of GCCs extends beyond established metropolitan centers. With its young demographic, expanding digital ecosystem, improving infrastructure, and strong policy intent, Bihar is well-positioned to emerge as a strategic destination for global enterprises seeking high-quality talent and scalable operations. Our purpose extends beyond enabling businesses—we are committed to creating pathways to quality employment, empowering youth with future-ready skills, and supporting governments in building sustainable economic ecosystems. The convergence of policy, industry, and talent has the power to redefine regional growth, and Bihar has an opportunity to lead this transformation. We thank the Government of Bihar and the participating GCC leaders for their trust, insights, and shared vision. We look forward to partnering closely to unlock new opportunities, attract global investments, and contribute to positioning Bihar as one of India’s most compelling GCC destinations. The future of India’s digital economy will be built across every State—and partnerships like these will help shape that future. . .
