𝟭𝟰 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 Over the past couple of weeks, we've welcomed many new colleagues to QuantumDiamonds across nearly every part of the company, bringing decades of semiconductor, failure analysis, and manufacturing experience from some of the industry's most demanding environments. In our Application Team, Pallavi Shirke joins as Field Application Engineer after supporting 𝗖𝗗-𝗦𝗘𝗠 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗯𝘀 at Applied Materials. Melvin Paterno, CLSSYB and Joana Mae De Jesus come on board as Application Engineers in Failure Analysis, together bringing close to 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗔 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 from Analog Devices, with hands-on expertise in OBIRCH, SEM, EDX, X-ray, and nanoprobing. Our Product Development team welcomes several new faces. Martin Staudinger joins as Product Engineer from semiconductor equipment maker SUSS MicroTec, Barath Konduri Raju as Mechanical Engineer after years in R&D at Applied Materials, 𝗔𝘄𝗻𝘆 as Production Engineer, and Ernesto Torres as Automation & Controls Integration Engineer, who built controls for 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗯𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹. In Pre-Development, Marco Schmid PhD joins as Senior Data Scientist, bringing a Physics PhD and expertise in machine learning and physics-informed modeling. We're also excited to welcome Jakob Kalt as Product Manager Asia, who spent 𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗠𝗦 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗳𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 managing Tier-1 foundry accounts in Hsinchu, an important step as we expand QD's footprint in APAC. Our Business team is strengthened by Helder Schaaff as Supply Chain Manager, with 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 in semiconductor supply chain from Intel and Infineon, and Lidiya Osinkina as Facility Coordinator, who brings a PhD and years of lab operations and R&D experience at HP Health Solutions. And last but not least, welcome to our new Interns and Working Students: Miriam Schleef (Finance), Jan Balayla Ceres (IT Operations), and David Mirković (Diamond Supply Chain). This is the kind of depth it takes to bring quantum sensing from the lab into the fab. We're thrilled to have you all on board.
