No vacuum. No destructive sample preparation. Just a direct view of what's happening inside advanced chip structures. Our wide-field imaging captures 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁, combining high spatial resolution with deep penetration through optically opaque structures. Software turns this into a stable, reproducible, and decision-ready measurement.
