AI focused on improving the efficiency of existing workflows does not solve the underlying problem in advertising. The marketer is still doing the work the platform should be doing. The real opportunity is not to make buying easier, but to entirely change what the system is capable of, so the marketer defines the outcome and the system continuously determines the best path toward it.
